Our versatile space offers two rooms, available individually or together. The largest room Yondur has kitchen facilities and is an ideal space for networking, panel events or lectures. The smaller conference room, is ideally suited to more intimate groups and meetings.
Meetings and Events
Your meeting or event will be in safe hands with one of our experienced event management team. We offer a bespoke service to each of our clients and wish to work with you to make your event a success. We will create a quotation according to your particular needs and your event manager will be on hand during the day to ensure everything goes to plan.
We will work together to create an itinerary in advance to make sure we have thought of everything and the room is yours for the specified dates from signature of contract.
Payment is on the date of the event and T&C’s apply.

Full Time Dedicated Desk
£350 per month
Yours exclusively from 8am – 8pm Mon-Fri
Specific desk and locker Set up monitors / work equipment safe in the knowledge that they can be left in our secure building.
Minimum term 1 months. Excludes public holiday for security reasons.
Part Time Dedicated Desk
Yours from 8am – 8pm
8 days per month £160 per month
16 days per month £290 per month
Choose a specific desk. Enjoy the flexibility of the hybrid working model. Clean desk policy applies outside of your chosen days.
Minimum term 1 month.
Whole Floor/Residential
£9000 per month (£300 per desk)
Take up residence on your own floor at 10. Henry Street. Each of our three floors is 1500 sq. Ft and comfortably houses 30 high-specification desks. You will have your own kitchen, zonal security access, toilet facilities and weekly cleaners. In addition you will have free access to prebooked meeting rooms and breakout space. Minimum term 6 months.
